
Nick Cook
President of GLP EuropeNick Cook is President of GLP Capital Partners Europe. Prior to joining GLP Capital Partners, Nick served as President of GLP Europe, where he led the company’s business activities in the region.
He joined GLP in 2017 when GLP acquired Gazeley and during that time has led the transformative growth of business from ~€2bn to over €15bn of assets under management. Prior to GLP’s acquisition, he was previously COO of Gazeley, the leading European logistics real estate developer, owner and manager, where he oversaw all capital deployment, disposition and operational aspects of the business. Nick joined Gazeley in 2002 and held several key positions including establishing Gazeley’s profitable UAE business unit and looking after the company’s activity in Asia.
Nick is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has 25 years’ experience in the real estate development and investment market. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying & Commercial Property Development from Nottingham Trent University and has completed training in several professional courses, including a Management & Leadership program at Harvard Business School. Nick is based in London.

Daan van den Hoven
Managing DirectorDaan van den Hoven is Managing Director of GLP Europe and jointly leads the Company’s business with Nick Cook. He joined GLP in 2018 to set up and lead the European fund management team and capital deployment initiatives.

Ben Marks
Chief Financial OfficerBen Marks (FCA) is Chief Financial Officer of GLP Europe with oversight of our financial reporting, planning, tax and treasury functions. He joined GLP in 2019 after 15 years in senior roles at a UK-listed mixed-use developer, prior to which he qualified, whilst at PwC, as a Chartered Accountant under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Rachel Walker
General Counsel & Chief Administrative OfficerRachel set up GLP Europe’s in house Legal, Compliance and Governance function when she joined in 2014 and she also manages our Luxembourg team. Rachel leads GLP’s legal strategy in Europe and she and her Legal team support our teams on all of our transactions, coordinating our dedicated team of external counsel.
Rachel oversees our Governance, Risk Management and Regulatory & Compliance programmes; ensuring robust standards and appropriate training. She has a keen interest in talent development and initiated GLP Europe’s mentoring programme. She also chairs GLP Europe’s Charities Committee.
Prior to joining GLP Europe, Rachel spent 10 years in the commercial real estate department of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP where she gained a broad experience of major corporate real estate acquisitions and disposals, corporate occupier lettings, acquisition finance and development projects.
Rachel has an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University. She has a solid understanding of cross border legal distinctions and has contributed to publications of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Real Estate and other legal journals.

Haidée Klein
Head of HRHaidée is Head of HR for GLP’s platform in Europe. Haidée has played a key role in supporting the transition and restructuring of resource during multiple sales of the platform over the years. Haidée sits on the Senior Team and is an active member of the Global GLP HR community. Within Europe, Haidée is responsible for leading the HR strategy and operations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders along with her dedicated team, Haidée is responsible for driving the creation of an environment that embeds the company’s Vision, Mission and Values, enabling strong performance from our colleagues that exceeds GLP’s high standards and makes GLP Europe a rewarding place to work.

Natali Cooper
Managing Director and Head of Portfolio & Asset Management & ESGNatali Cooper is the Head of Portfolio & Asset Management, Europe and Managing Director, CEE. She is responsible for the portfolio strategies including execution of disposal programs. She leads the implementation of asset management strategies and best-in-class practices across the European portfolio. Natali also directly oversees the GLP business in the CEE region, including acquisitions, developments and day-to-day operations. Her role on the senior team involves capital allocation matters and the development of ESG initiatives.
Natali has over 20 years of experience in real estate industry across all asset classes (logistics, retail, office and residential). She has executed over EUR 3 billion of acquisitions in Europe across all sectors, drove successful asset management initiatives including significant re-development projects to optimise returns for investors. She has expertise in investments, debt and hedging strategies, equity raising, fund management from fund’s set up and liquidation, strategic decisions and interaction with global institutional investors.
Previously, Natali was Managing Director at CBRE Global Investors where she was responsible for the investment strategy and portfolio performance of their flagship Pan-European Core (PEC) fund invested in 11 countries. Prior to this, Natali held the position of Senior Director – Fund Manager at Aviva Investors, responsible for two direct real estate funds invested respectively in Retail and Logistics/Industrial in CEE.
Before joining Aviva Investors, Natali was responsible for asset management and investment for the CEE region at Klepierre.
Natali holds a Bachelor ‘s Degree from Inalco – Paris and completed Leadership and Management programs from Esade and Harvard Business School. She is fluent in 5 languages.
