While the GLP name is relatively new to the region, our European operations, formerly Gazeley, have a 35-year heritage of developing and managing prime logistics real estate across Europe.

Our business is focused on France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom – the strongest logistics markets in Europe.

We have industry-leading capabilities across the whole value chain including Development, Asset management and Leasing.

As of 30th June 2024, our European operating portfolio consists of more than 9.8 million SQM across the strategic logistic markets, which is leased to blue chip customers such as Amazon, DHL and GXO Logistics. In addition, GLP Europe has a prime land bank which allows for the development of an additional 1.6 million SQM.
